I have a bunion on my right foot. The pain comes and goes every 3-4 months. What can I do to help alleviate the pain, and prevent it from returning?
ReplyDeleteI developed a bunion on my right foot. It's not to the point where my toes overlap or causing any hammer toes, but it's causing a lot of foot pain. It's not a constant foot pain & it's not any sharp pain, which is good, but it's really irritating. Is there a way to get rid of it without surgery or at least make the foot pain go away?
ReplyDeleteBunions are one of the most painful forefoot deformities, caused when the joint of the big toe grows outside. Bunions may lead to infection, inflammation, redness, tenderness and even might cause pain while walking. Wearing well-fitting and comfortable shoes helps in preventing growth of bunions. One can use icepack when it pains. Know more consult here Bunion Doctor - Podiatry New York
